Welcome to Aunchaleena grand Hotel

The Aunchaleena Grand Hotel stands as a notable choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience in the Ramkhamhaeng and Wang Thonglang areas of Bangkok. Nestled at 453 Lat Phrao 122 Alley, the hotel presents a blend of spaciousness and accessibility that caters particularly well to visitors attending events at nearby venues like Rajamangala Stadium and the National Stadium. Its proximity to local landmarks such as the boat station, the evening Mahadthai Food Market, and numerous family-run shops enhances the authentic Bangkok experience.

Guests consistently highlight the hotel's generous room sizes and cleanliness, with several reviews remarking on the welcoming nature of the staff and the smooth hospitality experience. The hotel's amenities—including free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool, fitness center, spa, and business facilities—offer a full spectrum of services aimed at balancing relaxation with practicality. Accessibility is also a strong point, with free parking and an airport shuttle adding layers of convenience for both leisure and business travelers.

However, the hotel does reveal signs of age. Several guests note minor maintenance challenges such as an outdated interior, malfunctioning air-conditioning remotes, bathroom leaks, and pool repairs needed due to loose tiles. These issues suggest that while the hotel maintains a solid foundation, ongoing upkeep will be essential to preserve guest satisfaction. Still, the blend of affordable pricing, spacious accommodations, and a prime location makes Aunchaleena Grand Hotel an attractive option for those prioritizing value in Bangkok.

What truly resonates about this hotel is its character—a place that, despite its imperfections, feels lived-in and genuine. It offers a quiet reprieve on weekdays, with a peaceful ambiance uncommon to Bangkok’s often bustling cityscape. The nearby halal food options and mosque cater thoughtfully to Muslim guests, highlighting the hotel’s inclusive environment. The courteous staff and welcoming atmosphere suggest a sincere commitment to guest comfort, which in many ways outweighs the facility shortcomings.

In essence, Aunchaleena Grand Hotel embodies a balance between practicality and warmth. It is not the pristine modern marvel but a reliable, grounded accommodation choice imbued with local charm and convenience. Ideal for visitors with business or leisure near Ramkhamhaeng University and the city’s sporting events, this hotel invites you to experience Bangkok from a neighborhood that feels both familiar and inviting.

Great location! Lots of parking space. Rooms are so-so, with things falling apart and the aircon remote not working.

This place is a great value for money especially if you have an event you are attending at the national stadium. The check in is a bit slow but the staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are clean but I had a leak in my bathroom. Maintenance must be done. Overall a good experience at this hotel.

This hotel offers spacious rooms with bathtubs at reasonable prices. We visited on a weekday, and it felt quiet with very few guests. The swimming pool needs repairs, especially the floor; many tiles are loose and could hurt your feet. There is a gym on the same floor as the pool. The hotel is close to the boat station and night market, which offers a large selection of halal food. It's also near the mosque and the Muslim sales area. Overall, it's recommended.

The hotel is located near the Rajamangala Stadium which is commonly used by international football events and concerts. The hotel presents comfortable rooms, nice food, clean and the staff is friendly. Its location is close to the river, so it makes it easy to transport the river to the city (Bangkok)

(PLS READ: a heartwarming story of Mr Pront ) Around 1 am on 21st June 2025, I arrived at Bangkok for Enhypen Walk the Line concert. I actually stayed at Princhess Chaleena Hotel, but my Bolt driver mistakenly dropped us here (is fine, we walked, it was nearby). Then after I arrived in the room, I realized my envelope money was missing. I suspected it was left in the Bolt car, but did mention to my friend to look inside before we went out, there was nothing. Called the Bolt driver, didnt pick up. Then around 3 AM we decided to go out to walk to the same path that we walked just now. And i remember when we just came out from the car at the entrance of this hotel, we were greeted nicely by this Mr Pront. He ensured that we stayed at Princess Chaleena hotel instead of this, then he showed us where is the way. I came back, And I met him. In my mind, if he didnt see my envelope money, then I just accept tht its gone, there was 1000 baht though. I asked him, he still greeted us nicely. Then I asked about the money and he said yes! He picked it up and kept it safe in the lobby. I gave him some tips afterwards. He offered to take picture. I promised to give a good review of him and mention his name here Thank you so much Mr Pront. I won’t forget your kindness. I promise to come here in this hotel if I ever come here again for any concert (cause it’s a walkable distance with the stadium). It was late at night even. Thank you so much To managers/management, please consider giving Mr Pront a raise for his salary for his good attitude

Kinda old hotel, the interior is kinda outdated with some crack on the door and the wall here and there, but the room is really spacy and clean, no problem sleeping as the bed is also clean, remind you I can't sleep if the bed is dirty in the slightest, recommend this hotel if you have any business around the area

In my opinion, this hotel was so-so. There's some good and bad experiences that I've got when I stayed here for 2 nights. The bed was pretty hard, and the wifi connection was bad. But, if you want to live in the near of Rajamangala Stadium and Ramkhamhaeng University, you choose the right place to stay. And for moeslem, you can also find some halal street food and mosque near the hotel (exactly at Ramkhamhaeng soi53) becaus there's a lot of moeslem citizen here.
